Is it just me or is the similarity between these two beatiful fellow striking, to the point of ridiculous?! Nevertheless, the Chinese have entered the market with their new cool Meizu M8 (sound more like an anti-tank machinegun or something). It has everything that the iPhone has plus a few more nice features:
Features: - 3G - 3.0 megapixels - Tv-Out - 3.3 inch touchscreen (720x480 pixels) - PMP abilities - Video recording at 30fps - Bluetooth - WiFi - Windows Mobile 6.0 (expected)
Oh! Don't forget to check out Gizmodo's incredible iPhone Gallery - nuts!
Also check out the similar Prada LG KE850 mobile phone with touchscreen.
This is really...simple! Not sure if there's really a need for it - however, I signed up and tried it out. Basically it's just an online Notepad, which allows you to write your notes and save them online, making them available from anywhere.
Features:
- Control Panel (Edit text, Delete text, Rename text, View text) - 99.99% Server uptime - Full Control over your files! - Unlimited storage!
Wow, unlimited storage of txt-base files - sweeet! :)
Okay, so maybe I was just a bit too fast and overexcited when I recently made a post about the WidSet online application for your mobile phone. Practically ever since that day, I've been desperately trying to reach their website, but all I get is a 404!?!?
This sweet little toy (coming this summer of 2007) allows you to create on-the-spot recordings directly to your 5th generation iPod in 16-bit, 44kHz quality, which I guess is fair enough. It also comes with USB-connection to your PC or Mac and you can plug in up to four different instruments and start rocking! :)
Quote: "One thing that excited me about Jeff Han's system is that because of the infrared light passing horizontally through the image surface itself, it can track not only the position of your hand but also the contact pressure and potentially even the approach of your hand to the screen. These are amazing little details, and pretty much give you everything you would need to move touchable imagery away from a purely point-and-click logic".
Check out what people all over the world have decided to make their Goal of 2007 and wheter they are able to keep that promise to themselves!? At 43things.com you:
Connect and syncronize your mobile with great WidSet library items - online! The WidSets items can be anything from newsfeed, games, flickr feed, weather reports and much more.
Go online and sign up (for free) and you'll be in action within minutes on your mobile phone. Best thing is: IT ACTUALLY WORKS.
As expected the Apple iPhone was finally officially annouced today by Steve Jobs at his annual keynote in San Francisco. The all new (revolutionary) iPhone as a great combination of several things:
first of all, a revolutionary mobile phone (or so they say)
a widescreen iPod with touch controls (multi-touch display)
an Internet communications device (e-mail, webbrowser, searching, Google Map etc.
Now, I just can't wait to see (feel) how this socalled touchscreen works - or if it works!? :)
During my daily routine of web surfing, I stumbled upon this absolutely excellent practice of web 2.0. The Youki.be website administration module! Within minutes, I had my demo version up and running. Even though they only offer you a 6 day trial period, I consider buying a license to gain full control of all the options and features.
In short the Youki.be is:
your own flash based website (based on certain cool templates)
extremely easy access to build and maintain your website
a web 2.0. online administration site with instant response & publishing
