I just received an e-mail notification from MM (MyMusic.dk) about this guy who has made a very kind review of one of my older songs called "Happy Unhappy". The tune was originally made for a campaign website in Germany and was part of a CD release back in 2006. I've tried to translate as close as possible, as the review is written in Danish.
Relaxing fragments are put together by a comfortable easiness, which gives you space and desire for pure thoughts. It's all utilised in a floating/flying - easiness. It's all being put together, creating a whole - ending up as a holistic journey within yourself. Yes, room is made for healers and others, who looks inside in order to look outside. This is the purest and most beautiful NewAge music I have heard here on MM. Loyal to its own existence and completely untouched by any other style.
You might recall, that I posted a very similar post a couple of months ago on September 5th. Back then one of my songs made it amongst the Top 30 songs in the Electronic genre on www.mymusic.dk.
And once again this week, I find myself at no.20 at the moment with "Apart". Actually just a draft that I decided to uploaded on December 7th, because I had been neglecting my profile for a while with no activity - and look what happened! ;-)
Go check out the chart right now and - of course - listen to my tunes and help me climb that chart! http://fuhr.mymusic.dk/
Today is the day, where I go white n' nerdy! I will force it upon myself to go buy the new "Call Of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare" eventhough I hardly ever play computergames anymore, but this one I gotta have! :-)
One of my friends, Jesper from TraceWorks.com just uploaded a video clip from a crazy concert last Thursday at VEGA in Copenhagen.
The band is called Gogol Bordello and the genre - according to themselves - is Gypsy Punk!
I didn't really know what tags to use for this post, as it doesn't really fit into the overall category of my blog?! Just the same way, this music is in its entirely own category, however fun as h****...
Today I received an e-mail from Zmag, who so very proudly introduced their "brand new and elegant way of presenting an online magazine": The Zmag Visual
Basically it's not new at all and the technology/visual effect is directly stolen from Apples well known cowerflow function used within iTunes! Had this happened in the U.S., someone (perhaps myself) would probably have notified the authorities and filed suit against the company, but luckily for Zmag, we're in Denmark and the rules are not as easily bend here!
Of course I couldn't tell if they actually have the rights and source codes to carry out this "new" magazine branding, but I seriously doubt it!? Please correct me, if I'm wrong.
